TARGETED MASSAGE THERAPIES DESIGNED TO SUPPORT WHOLE BODY HEALTH

More about my approach

Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice and one-size fits all solutions? I get it and it is why I entered this field.

I graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021, where I studied the interplay of the digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular, and immune systems, and the role of nutrition and lifestyle in supporting overall health. In 2025, I completed a Massage Therapy Certification at the Massage and Wellness Institute in St. Albans, Vermont. My training includes a wide range of bodywork and energy modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai massage, reiki, and fire cupping.

While traditional medical systems often focus on treating illness after it develops, I’ve long been drawn to a more preventative, whole-person approach to health. This perspective has guided my work and continued education over the past decade.

In 2026 I completed training in the Vodder Technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a gentle and effective method for supporting immune function, reducing swelling and encouraging the body’s natural detoxification process.

I integrate these modalities and knowledge to provide personalized, whole-body care. Each session is tailored to individual needs and goals, with a focus on prevention, longevity, and measurable outcomes. My work helps support immune function, reduce pain and fatigue, and address underlying patterns that contribute to chronic inflammation.
