TARGETED MASSAGE THERAPIES DESIGNED TO SUPPORT WHOLE BODY HEALTH
-
Therapeutic Massage is a muscle-focused 60 or 90 minute treatment designed to support both physical and nervous system health. This treatment utilizes moderate to heavy pressure to increase circulation, decrease muscle tension and support deep relaxation of the nervous system.
This treatment is a good fit if you:
are looking to reduce stress related muscle tension and fatigue
are in need of nervous system regulation and restorative relaxation
would like to support circulation and healthy immune function
just want a minute to relax and recharge
-
Deep tissue massage is a 90-minute, focused treatment designed to address chronic tension, discomfort, or movement restrictions. This approach uses slow, intentional techniques to work with deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
This treatment is a good fit if you:
experience chronic muscle tension or pain
have repetitive muscle strain from work, exercise, or daily activities
are physically active and want targeted support for accelerated recovery
have limited range of motion affecting how you move
-
This is a 60 minute treatment that utilizes light touch on the superficial fascia to support the body’s natural detoxification process. This slow and precise technique encourages the movement of lymph fluid and metabolic build-up through the lymphatic system.
This treatment is a good fit if you:
are experiencing bloating, fatigue, or other signs of reduced lymphatic circulation
would like to support healthy immune function
experience high levels of stress and need assistance with the removal of metabolic waste and hormonal build-up
More about my approach
Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice and one-size fits all solutions? I get it and it is why I entered this field.
I graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021, where I studied the digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular, and immune systems, and how nutrition and lifestyle factors can support overall health and balance. In 2025, I completed a 750-hour Massage Therapy Certification at the Massage and Wellness Institute in St. Albans, Vermont. My training includes a wide range of bodywork and energy modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai massage, reiki, lymphatic drainage, and fire cupping.
While traditional medical systems often focus on treating illness after it develops, I’ve long been drawn to a more preventative, whole-person approach to health. This perspective led me on a decade-long journey to better understand the factors that contribute to lasting well-being.
I combine these skills to offer personalized, client-centered care that supports prevention, longevity, and overall well-being. Every session is tailored to your unique biology, needs, and goals—helping you move beyond quick fixes toward sustainable results, so you can feel more energized, present, and at ease in your body at every stage of life.
